---|---|---|
![]() | BoardData | Describes a PCB that is being pressed. |
![]() | Condition | Describes a Condition Sequence. Conditions consist of one or more steps that control non-pressing actions for a press recipe. |
![]() | ConditionResult | Describes result of a condition step. |
![]() | ConditionStep | Describes a individual step of a Condition sequence |
![]() | Connector | Describes a Pressed Connector |
![]() | ConnectorCoordinates | Describes the coordinates of a connector's location on a PCB |
![]() | ConnectorForces | Force parameters specific to a press fit connector |
![]() | FPTDataPoint | Describes a force vs position vs time data point for a press. |
![]() | Manufacturer |
Describes a Manufacturer
{ "UniqueIdentifier": "UID23890423", "Name": "ACME" } |
![]() | Pars | A connector can be pressed with force that iproportional to the actual resisting force detected during the pressing cycle. We call this Percent Above Range Sample, or PARS.In this technique, the connector’s resisting force while pressing is sampled and averaged over a distance range above final seating to the board surface. The final force percent added assures complete seating of the connector. This is the most widely used technique because it limits the stress to the assembly, but does not require great accuracy for board thickness measurement. |
![]() | PlotData | Describes a force vs position vs time data points for a press. |
![]() | PressData | Describes various data pertaining the result of a press. |
![]() | PressProfile | Describes a Press Profile. Press Profile consist of a sequence of steps which describe the motion of the pressing operation. |
![]() | PressResult | Describes result of a connector press. |
![]() | PressTool | Represents a type of tool used in press insertion operations |
![]() | ProfileStep | Describes a individual step of a Press Profile |
![]() | SPC | Statistial Process Control parameters for the pressing operation. |
